I’d like to welcome you warmly to the new Battisford Free Church website. This may be your first visit, but hopefully it won’t be your last! It opens the church up to access on the World Wide Web. As a church, we have a WWW message of our own:

Working through Christ towards Worship, Witness and Wellbeing.

We are a Christ-centred church. We see Jesus Christ as the only hope for our world. We believe His death and resurrection can deal with the sins – past, present and future – of anyone who comes to Him in repentance and faith.

We believe we are all created for the worship of God. Battisford has a long musical tradition, and we use a range of instruments, playing traditional hymns and contemporary worship songs.

We passionately believe that a church should witness to the wider community. So we are involved in reaching out to our neighbourhood, from the youngest to the oldest.

We believe Jesus was concerned with the whole person, spiritual and physical – our wellbeing. So we care for one another and the wider community in practical as well as spiritual ways.

Whatever your age, background, or need, a warm welcome awaits you at Battisford Free Church.
