13. How can one God be three persons?
In the phrase ‘In the beginning God…’ at the start of the Bible; the word for ‘God’ is a plural term.
God is named as three persons-in-one ‘Father’ ‘Son’ and ‘Spirit’.
The Bible tells us that all three are one. A good way to envisage this is using the analogy of H2O. Water can be Solid, Liquid, or Gas – but remains H20 at the same time.
