Come Together for a Powerful Men’s Evening

Join men from across our local churches for a relaxed but impactful evening centred on real stories, honest conversation, and the life-changing power of Jesus. Our Tough Talk Men’s Evening is all about bringing men together — whether you’re part of a church, exploring faith, or simply curious. This event is open to all ages, and we’re especially keen to see men inviting friends who wouldn’t normally step into church.

Real Stories. Real Strength. Real Change.

We’re delighted to be welcoming Tough Talk, a Christian charity made up of men from tough background; including powerlifters, bodybuilders, ex-bouncers, and others — who share raw, honest testimonies of how Jesus transformed their lives. Alongside the stories, there will be a live weight-lifting demonstration, with an opportunity to have a go yourself if you’d like. Expect authenticity, challenge, humour, and hope.

Food, Drinks, and Time to Connect

From 7:00pm, we’ll be serving burgers and drinks in a relaxed, informal setting — a great chance to chat, catch up, and meet new people. The Tough Talk session will begin at 8:00pm.

Tickets are £5, which includes food and a 0% beer, with soft drinks also available - please pay with cash as you arrive. Remember: Bring a friend along for free!

Your safety and comfort are important to us. Please follow any guidance given on the evening, particularly around the weight-lifting demonstration. Children are welcome, but we ask that they are supervised at all times.
